Kaylie

Curriculum & Marketing

Kaylie has an extensive background in childcare, having worked within the sector since she was 16. After gaining experience across a range of Early Years settings, she and Suzanne went on to establish their own childcare group, which has since received several awards.

Within Early Years Training Group, Kaylie oversees curriculum training and marketing, using her practical experience to help shape training that reflects the realities of working within Early Years.

Suzanne

Safeguarding & Quality

Suzanne brings many years of childcare experience alongside a particular passion for safeguarding. She has delivered safeguarding training for many years and combines specialist knowledge with extensive practical experience from within the Early Years sector.

Suzanne oversees our mandatory and curriculum training, helping ensure our content remains relevant, practical and informed by current statutory guidance, CPD recommendations and recognised quality standards.

Natalie

SEND & Quality Assurance

Natalie brings extensive experience from the education sector. A qualified teacher, she taught for many years before specialising in SEND and completing her Master's-level NASENCO qualification.

Following her work as a school SENDCO, Natalie moved into Early Years and now oversees our SEND training and Quality Assurance, helping ensure our learning remains informed, meaningful and relevant to practitioners and settings.

Ceolan oversees the digital side of Early Years Training Group alongside the day-to-day administration that keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

From managing systems and communications to supporting customers with bookings, enquiries and membership set-up, Ceolan helps ensure our services remain efficient, accessible and easy to use for the settings and professionals we support.
