Early Years Training is ran by 4 directors each with their own responsibility on ensuring we deliver high-quality, engaging and meaningful CPD. Learn more about each director below:
Kaylie
Director
Kaylie has an amazing background in childcare, she has been working in the sector since she was 16. After working at a range of settings, she and Suzanne opened their own highly recommended childcare group which has won several awards over the years. Kaylie overseas our curriculum training and marketing. She now wants to spread her knowledge to better other professionals in the sector!
Suzanne
Director
Suzanne also has been in childcare for many years. She shows a great interest and specialty in safeguarding and has been supplying this training for years! Suzanne overseas our mandatory and curriculum training while ensuring all of our training matches up with statutory guidance and CPD recommendations by following our Quality Assurance protocols. Now, she hopes she can share this expertise with many, to help protect the young ones we care for.
Natalie
Director
Natalie has an amazing amount of experience in the education sector. She is a qualified teacher who taught for many years before making the change to SEND. She went to university to study her masters NASENCO qualification. She was a School SENDCO for many years before making the switch to early years where she is now the Company SENDCO for a medium sized early years group! Natalie overseas our SEND training and Quality Assurance.
Ceolan
Director
Ceolan oversees the digital side of the business and keeps the day-to-day administration running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing systems and communications to supporting settings with bookings, enquiries and membership set-up, Ceolan ensures everything works seamlessly so our clients have a positive, straightforward experience.
While not involved in writing the courses themselves, Ceolan is passionate about supporting the wider team and helping the business grow — making sure the practical side of things is organised, efficient, and aligned with our mission to deliver meaningful CPD for Early Years professionals.
