Bespoke training

Early Years Training Group recognises that there is not a one size fits all solution for some training needs. Therefore, we offer a bespoke package where we work with early years organisations to identify training needs and implement training through a specifically designed training action plan.

As experienced practitioners ourselves, we realise the need to not only deliver training but to work closely with you so you can embed the training into your day-to-day practice. By supporting you to monitor the impact of your training, we aim to apply learning in real time situations ensuring the best possible outcomes for children.

Our bespoke package is designed and tailored to you individual training needs as an early years provider to help support children in your settings.

We offer training solutions for Mandatory, Early Years Education, Curriculum and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

Package Expample

  • Day 1

    We conduct a baseline at your setting that allows us to identify training needs and allows us to go away and create an action plan.

  • Day 2

    We develop and write a training action plan that allows us to plan for day 3 and 4.

  • Day 3

    We deliver a training session at your setting in your specific area of need. We can be flexible with timings (full day, half day, twilight and weekend).

  • Day 4

    We return to your setting to work face to face with your practitioners. We assist them in embedding the training into their practice while also highlighting next steps to nursery management.

What we do

We use the educational standards incorporating the 3I's (Intent, Implementation and Impact) we offer a package that:

  • Gathers information to identify intent through a baseline assessment

  • Development of a tailored training plan to meet your needs

  • Implementation of training led by an experienced trainer

  • Follow up sessions to measure the impact of the training by working with practitioners to embed the skills and knowledge obtained during the training session.

  • Review of the impact of the training program and working to identify next steps.

  • Further options available with additional services such online training, consultancy, and SEND specific training with the option of upgrading to our management training tool to support with training administration.
