Early Years Training Group is led by four directors, each bringing their own experience, expertise and responsibilities to the business. Together, we are committed to delivering practical, engaging and meaningful professional development for the Early Years sector.

Director

Kaylie

Kaylie has an extensive background in childcare, having worked in the sector since she was 16. After working across a range of Early Years settings, she and Suzanne opened their own highly recommended childcare group, which has since received several awards.

Within Early Years Training Group, Kaylie oversees curriculum training and marketing, sharing her knowledge and practical experience with other professionals across the sector.

Suzanne

Suzanne brings many years of childcare experience and a particular passion for safeguarding. She has been delivering safeguarding training for many years and brings extensive practical knowledge from the Early Years sector.

Suzanne oversees our mandatory and curriculum training, helping to ensure our content reflects statutory guidance, CPD recommendations and recognised quality standards.

Natalie

Natalie brings extensive experience from the education sector. A qualified teacher, she taught for many years before moving into SEND and completing her Master's-level NASENCO qualification.

After working as a school SENDCO, Natalie moved into Early Years and now oversees our SEND training and Quality Assurance, ensuring our learning remains relevant, informed and meaningful.

Ceolan

Ceolan oversees the digital side of the business and keeps the day-to-day administration running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing systems and communications to supporting settings with bookings, enquiries and membership set-up, Ceolan helps ensure everything works seamlessly.

He is passionate about supporting the wider team and helping the business grow, making sure the practical side of the organisation remains efficient and focused on delivering a positive experience for our customers.
